Motherless Daughter

On this day 10 years ago, I lost a part of me, I lost my childhood, I lost my innocence, I lost my hope, I lost my best friend, I lost my biggest fan, I lost my protector, I lost my mentor… I LOST MY MOTHER. Yet, on that day I also gained MY GUARDIAN ANGEL, MY INSPIRATION, MY DRIVE. Mom, I miss you so much, and I will always love you. Thank you for everything you did for me, and the lessons you taught me, I owe all my successes to you and your dedication to be the best mother I could ever ask for. In the eleven years you were in my life I felt more love from you than most mothers give in a full lifetime. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I LOVE YOU.
